 Children should arrive at the Centre no later than 9:30 a.m. to participate in all aspects of the Program. In the summer months, the programs often go on excursions off the premises. The departure time for these activities is usually 9:30 a.m. If, due to appointments, you will be bringing your child in after 9:30 a.m., please check into the office before proceeding to the programs. If your child will be absent from the Centre, you must notify the staff as soon as possible. Daily, parents are required to sign child in and out on the Brightwheel App. Please ensure your child is acknowledged by a staff member upon arrival in the program and at time of departure.

Only authorized names that appear on the registration forms will be permitted to pick up the child unless the Centre is notified by parents. Staff will ask for proof of identification (photo I.D. required) from any individual they do not know. If Photo ID is not available, the child will not be released from the Centre.

Children in the Kindergarten and School Age programs who are ill during the school day cannot attend childcare.

I would just like to say that I had an amazing experience at this daycare and the staff are absolutely amazing ! Me and my son will definitely miss you all, I am so grateful to have shared my first daycare experience with such a great daycare ! My child Dusty loves the Paradise Daycare. He has learned so much since has been there. He says alot more words. The teahers there are so patient and loving with the children. They are also helpful if the parents have any questions about thier child or the program itself.

What a great addition to Renfrew! The facility is amazing, the staff are all well qualified and caring. Healthy meals and snacks are provided. Our daughter loves all the different play areas, both inside and out. Thanks for providing such a warm and fun learning environment!
